Our specialized clinical fellowships provide advanced training and hands-on experience for physicians who have completed an ophthalmology residency. Programs emphasize a strong balance of clinical practice, surgical training, and research exposure, preparing graduates for successful careers in academic medicine or private practice.
Fellows benefit from a diverse caseload, state-of-the-art technology, and direct interaction with faculty who are recognized nationally and internationally for their contributions to vision science and patient care. Through collaborative mentorship and access to a wide range of patient populations across UW Health, the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, and the UW Health Eye Clinics, we transform our learners into leaders in ophthalmic care.
